The hallmark off their experience was staring early and doing plenty of research and planning. Brenden also explains how he balanced work, outside activities, and school.
This journey had a very happy destination as Brenden was accepted to his first choice college: Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Brenden: “We started planning the admissions process in my freshman year.”
Jeanne: “Starting when he was a freshman we always visited college campuses near places we traveled to. I wanted Brenden to see what was out there.”
Brenden: “A huge factor for me was how soon I could get a job out of college. Also, the price of the school was a factor.”
Jeanne: “Cal Poly is a tough school to get in to so I researched what test scores and GPA is needed to get in.”
