I loved recording this episode of The College Checklist Podcast because it went in a completely different direction than I expected. Wendy David-Gaines (aka POCSMom) has an amazingly grounded and bright outlook on preparing for college from the perspective of a mother who has been there and done that.
Wendy takes the perceived daunting drudgery of college admissions and mixes in humor and a healthy dose of common sense. You don’t want to miss this episode! It’s that rare combination of funny, informative, and inspiring.
Update: I recently found out that Wendy passed away after a brave battle with cancer. She was an incredible lady with a great sense of humor. She will be deeply missed.
